People do business with people they trust. The purpose of LEADS groups at the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce is to generate business opportunities for Chamber members by building and strengthening professional relationships in a mutually supportive and non-competitive environment.

What's the Makeup of a LEADS Group?
LEADS groups are limited to a maximum of 18 members and may not be in direct competition with one another. Once potential participants apply to join a LEADS group, their application will be reviewed and we will work to find a group with an opening in their industry/line of work. If no opening is available, the applicant will be added to a waitlist until such time of an opening or the creation of additional LEADS groups.
What LEADS Groups are Active?
We currently have one active LEADS Group, Team Broadway, and a newly launched Team Eola. As more members become interested in joining a LEADS Group, additional LEADS Groups will be added and named after other steets in the Aurora region.
